Hospice of the Rapidan is a licensed, Medicare certified, nonprofit hospice providing skilled medical care and compassionate support to terminally ill patients and their families in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties.
It serves patients with a life expectancy of six months or less, regardless of ability to pay. Care is usually provided in the comfort of the patient’s home, but is also available in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospitals.
