Big party Lee Anna Wharton, wearing a blue jacket, center, was born 80 years ago in what is now Shenandoah National Park and resettled in Sperryville as a child. Her children, Albert Wharton and Lisa Dodson, organized a party to celebrate her 80th birthday on Saturday at the Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department Hall with more than 60 family and friends.
