Rappahannock County Water & Sewer Authority The Rappahannock County Water & Sewer Authority is seeking a dual licensed water and wastewater operator. Applicant must hold minimum of both Class IV water and Class III Wastewater licenses and must have extensive experience in the operation of activated sludge wastewater treatment systems and iron and manganese removal water systems. Responsibilities include operation and management of four facilities, including a new advanced wastewater treatment system scheduled to start up in January of 2010 Must possess strong management and organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience working with regulatory agencies.
