• On Tuesday, Sept 8 the Rappahannock County School Board will meet at 7 p.m., closed session, and at 7:30 p.m. public session at the RCHS band room. • On Sept. 9, the Washington Town Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall. Highlights from the agenda include: Consideration of a wastewater update, sewer assessments and easements updates, an Allegheny Franchise Agreement, and continued consideration of a zoning map amendment to change a certain property from rural residential to village residential. Under new business the council will consider fall planting.
