“We'll take a look at every single spring [race meet] and see what opportunities there are,” said NSA CEO Lou Raffetto. “We’re thinking [the May Iroquois meet in] Nashville is a good bet.”
The Iroquois is steeplechasing’s richest spring meet; Raffetto allowed that the May Virginia Gold Cup, the spring’s biggest timber stake, could be worked into the TV schedule.
