MRS. B. M. MILLER ENTERTAINS BRIDGE CLUB
Mrs. B. M. Miller entertained the members of the bridge club and some extra guests from Sperryville at her home on Thursday evening. * Mrs. J. W. Price won the high score prize which was -awarded to the club members, and Mrs. George Taylor of Sperryville received the high score pward for the guests, the traveling prize was won by Mrs. W. F. Moffett.

BAPTIST TRAINING UNION ORGANIZED AT AMISSVILLE
A Baptist Training Union was organized at Amissville Sunday night with about 18 members present. It will meet next Sunday night at 7:00 and it is hoped that a great many more will attend.

The Woman’s Missionary Society of the Reynolds Memorial Baptist church met on Saturday afternoon in the home of Mrs. John P. Snead Jr. Mrn. H. B. Winfrey was the program leader, the subject for the month was “How Christian is America". There were ten members present.
