It is therefore ordered that they do appear within ten days after the due publication of this order, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock N e w s, a newspaper "published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia and having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Vrginia.

And it is further orderedthat a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, on or before the next succeeding Rule Day, and that a copy of this order be mailed to each of the defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit.
