Under and by virtue of the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust dated the /24th day of October, 1945, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book No. 46, at page 234, from Clarence R. Streeter, Jr., and Margaret S. Streeter, husband and wife, to the undersigned as Trustee, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Trustee having been directed to advertise and sell the hereinafter described real estate in accordance with the terms and provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned will on FRIDAY, the 17TH day of MARCH, 1950, offer for sale, at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House in the Town of Washington, Virginia, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real estate:
All that certain tr&ct or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon, and all rights, privileges aj rf d appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate about one mihe (1 mi.) west of Amissville, in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing one hundred acres (100 A.), more or less, and being the same tract or parcel of land conveyed to the said Clarence R. Streeter. Jr., and Margaret S. Streeter by deed from Charles A. Clevenger and Beulah J. Clevenger by deed dated the 24th day of October, 1945, and duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County.
