Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr., entertained the bridge club, which met at her home Friday evening.
Mrs. J. W. Price won the high score prize, Mrs. C. T. Bruce the 'bingo, Mrs. Elizabeth DeBergh the traveling one and the consolation prize .was received by Mrs. W. F. Moffett. Others playing were Mrs. L. J. Turner, Mrs. T. C. Lea, Mrs. B. •M. Miller and Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr.
MRS. LYNE ENTERTAINS 4f BRIDGE CLUB THURSDAY
Mrs. William H. Lyne entertained the bridge club at her homq in Sperryville Thursday evening. Those playing were: Mrs. Carroll Menefee, Mrs. Holmes Hall, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, Mrs. P. Lee Thornton, Mrs. C. H. H. Branch, Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Mrs. Fred Schaefer, Mrs. George Taylor, Mrs. Charles Estes, Mrs. John P. Snead, Jr., Mrs. L. J. Kilby. Mrs. R. G. Quaintance, Mrs. John Davis, Mrs. H. B. Winfrey, Miss Louise O’Bannon, and Mrs. R. E. Wood. Mrs. Z. H. Sealock won the high score prize and the traveling prize was awarded Mrs. George Taylor. At the conclusion of the game a delicious salad course was served by the hostess.
