And, an affidavit having been duly filial that the defendants are non-residents of tiris state and that their last known post office address is Carlisle. Pennsylvania, and it appearing that service upon said Defendants cannot be had in this state, it is ordered that the said Defendants do appear, within ten days after due publication of this order, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
And, it is ordered that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation, published in ■ Washington, Virginia, and be posted at the front door of the Court House of the Circuit Court eif Rappahannock County at "Washington, Virginia, and that ■ the Clerk mail a copy to the said Defendants, namely, Richard M. Parker and Marjorie D. Parker, addressed to the post office given in said affidavit and above mentioned.
