Mrs. S. E. Hening returned to her home Tuesday after a weekend visit with her son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. B :rwell Hening in Alexandria and Mrs. Robert Engle in Baltimore.

Mr. P. D. Coffey, an employee of the State Highway Dept, at Haymarket. spent the week end with his family. Mr. and Mrs. Coffey had as their dinner guests Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Rector and their son Leon Rector otf Conde; and James Nelson Rector of Richmond; Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Rector of Flint Hill. f

Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Lea and son Carlyle Lea and Miss Shirley Lewis of Front Royal, visited Miss Mary Massie Lea at Stuart Hall, on Sunday.

Guests on Friday of Mr. and Mrs. C. Ennis Brown were Mrs. Annie T. Bruce, Mrs. R. E. Jones, Mrs. Haywood Griffith and her small daughter of Front Royal.

Mr. Roberts Pulliam of Culpeper was a guest Sunday of Miss Louise O’Bannon.

Mrs. Joseph B. Johnson, Mrs. Fred Schaefer, and her two small daughters Edna Yates and Susart Schaefer were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. H. Gordon Payne in Madison.

Magruder Keyser of Randolph -Macon —Academy—Front - Roy at,— spent last week at the home of his grandmother, Mrs. W. L. Keyser.

Mrs. George W. Hawkins and her infant son Phil, returned Saturday from the Community Hospital in Front Royal. Mrs. Giles M. Golden of Front Royal is the guest in the home of her son-inlaw and daughter, Mr. and Mi’s. George Hawkins.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Reynolds of Richmond were week-end guests of Mr. Reynolds’ mother Mrs. Holmes Hall at the Lee Highwav hotel.

Mrs. Harry L. Smith of Washington. D. C., spent the week end with her daughter, Elizabeth Smith in the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Brown.

Mrs. John Robert Hi.dson and son John Robert Jr., of Luray, were guests Friday of Mrs. Virginia M. Lewis.

Mrs. John J. Miller of Flint Hill, was the guest Tuesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Mi’ler.
