SPERRYVILLE P.-T.A. MEETS
■ The Sperryvillb P.-T.A. met Monday evening, January 8, with Mrs. John Davis, president, presiding. The number of memberships collected by the children of the school will be collected Friday in order to give them time to ge$ more members.
A letter concerning the changing of report cards has been sent to Supt. Q. D. Gasque.. A copy of the letter was sent to the P.-T.A.’s at Rappahannock High School and Flint Hill.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schaefer have lent the lunch room a hot water heater. It is hoped that by the next meeting the flag will be up and the flood-light in place.
A finance committee was appointed,' with James Atkins as chairman, and Mrs. Janie Jarvis * and Mrs. Mary Botts Quaintance. They will have a meeting to dis«ass ways and means of raising money for the state dental dink. •* V*•***■ a-** a
