Thank you for letting at oxpress oar opinion in the paper, regarding the matie «amp. Are we the lucky ones! For several years 1 have wished for tome way to get the great store of oar musical heritage before the young people. Many' families own radios, but at the same time, their children are not exposed to any music except of the “Mama Blues,” variety.
Music is such a satisfying art, .and can be enjoyed by rich and poor. The ultimate of pleasure is to produce it, but it is no mean pleasure to listen to it. We Will be privileged to be hosts to the Virginia Orchestra Guild,’ should they choose to settle here. It will make our county rich, indeed.
