10. Necessary transportation •within the county is considered part of the clinician’s expenses and is included in the overall cost of operation of the clinic. ,
11. Monthly reports of the clinic must be approved by the signature of the Health officer or the Superintendent of schools before they are accepted by the Bureau of Dental Health.
12. Dental clinicians are required to work on a minimum of forty hours per week to conform to the regulations set up for all state employees.
13. No allowance is made for the services of a nurse or an assistant.
14. The dental clinicians are not allowed to have any outside practice. A violation of this rule means immediate dismissal from the service.
