Notice is hereby given to the public that Virginia Telephone ft " Telegraph Company, on December 5, I960, filed with the State Corporation Commission new schedules, making changes in its existing rates, charges, rules and regulations. The proposed changes are estimated by the Company to result in an increase in intrastate gross revenues’ of approximately fl40,000 a year. The State Corporation Commission has suspended the proposed effective date of such changes and has deferred such effective date to March 15, 1951, unless otherwise in the meantime ordered "by the:'.Commission. An investigation of;the' proposed changes has been entered upon by the State Corporation Commission and a hearing on
