Jim Massie, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr., was operated on for appendicitis Mondap at the University of Virginia Hospital, his condition is very satisfactory.

On Tnesday Mrs. Massie, Miss Louise O’Bannon and Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood were, in Charlottesville to see Mr. Massie, Mrs. J. W. Fletcher and Miss Samueila Crim, who are also patients at the University hospital.

TRAINING UNION ORGANIZED MT. LEBANON, WOODV1LLE

Mt. Lebanon and Woodville Baptist churches have organised a Training Union. They had their first meeting last Sunday night with 25 present Meetings vgall be at 6:30 each evening, alternating between the two churches, as the evening worship service — Mt Lebanon 1st and 3rd; Woodville 2nd and 4th Sundays. Everyone is cordially invited to attend all these services.
