Plant Inspection
Rappahannock News wishes to extend an invitation to anyone interested in seeing the machinery? to visit the plant in Washington and observe the process of printing a paper.
Special invitations are extended to school, classes to visit the printing plant. It is requested that they set a special time to visit. If the printers know when the classes are coming for a visit, they can try to have different pieces of machinery at work for the school children to see.
Machinery used in printing the weekly newspaper is at work on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with more machinery running on Wednesday than any other day.
Job-printing work is in progress on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, so a different set of machinery is in operation on these days.
Visiters are welcome at the newspaper office at all times.
