RAPrN GARDEN CLUB The Rappahannock Garden Club met with Mrs. D. B? Smith of Spring House Farm on Wednesday afternoon. Their guests were Mrs. Bias and Mrs. Evans of Clifton Forge. Mrs. Bias, a national accredited judge and instructor on flower arrangement, gave demonstrations of flower arrangement and commented on the arrangements brought by the members.
