Pvt. Weaver To Attend
Airborne Infantry School
After completing sixteen weeks of basic training with the 5th Armored Division, Pvt. Chester J. Weaver of Boston, has been selected to attend the Airborne Infantry School at Fort Benning, Georgia.
During his tour of duty with the 5th Armored, he learned the *baslc principles of soldiering^ He will now receive * further instruction and specialized training which will qualify him--for specific duties^ with some airborne infantry unit.*
Pvt. Weaver, son of Mr, and Mrs. Chester Weaver of Boston,- attended high school there and was a painter in Boston before entering the armed services.
