am grateful to a good friend for presenting me with a three year subscription to your paper . . I have another good friend who is fond of saying that our handicaps become our opportunities. I think that can be made true by any man who has the courage, persistence and vision to make it true. Your handicap has annoyed you plenty, I have no doubt, but the extra effort you must put forth because of it, will undoubtedly pay * you big dividends before the race— is over for you.
