Arlis E. Frymyer has accepted the post of Assitant County Agent in Warren and Rappahannock Counties. He will assume his new duties in Rappahannock on January 16th. Mr. Frymyer replaces Paul Coleman who vacated the position some months ago to enter the Armed Services. Mr. Frymyer worked out of Frederick County for five years as farm management specialist covering seven counties in the Northern Virginia area. His primary responsibilities in his new position will be 4-H work, farm management and other phases of adult extension work. Mr. Frymyer is a native of Tazewell County, Virginia. He
