SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE Section 1—Provides that every resident of the Town as defined therein, who owns, controls or has in his custody a motor vehicle operated on the streets shall purchase a license tag Section 2—Provides: Auto License tax - $10, Motorcycle License tax - $3, Sidecar $1.50. Section 3 — Provides: Truck, Trailer, etc. License tax - $10. Section 4 — Provides: License tax year to begin April 15th of each year. Section 5 — Provides for the pro-ration of tax.
