Will Honor Jap Visitor Miss Ikuko Sakata of Kobe, Japan will be the honored guest at an Open House Coffee on Friday nignt at /uu at the Episcopal Parish Hall Washington, Va. with Mrs. D. J. Carr and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr., as hostesses.
A cordial invitation is extended by the hostesses to men, women and children who would like to meet and welcome this visitor to our country. She arrived on Thursday from Tokyo and was met at Dulles International Airport by Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr. and daughter Cil, and will be their guest until Saturday when she will enter Emory and Henry College. During the evening on Friday colored slides on Japan will be shown with Miss Sakata giving a commentary and answering questions.
