However the total rainfall for the first 6 months of this year, 15.91 exceeds that of 63. which was 14.56. The 18 year average for the first 6 months is 17.84. The areas of Flint Hill, Amissville have had less rain and the Woodville andSperryville areas have received the most. A severe rain, hail and wind storm in that area on June 21 did not touch the other parts of the county.
