George W. Brown accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Gerry Gossom and children of Falls Church to Elkin, N.C. for the 4th of July holiday and were guests of Mr. and Mrs.Charles Lucian Brown. Mrs. Pat Cumins and children Cindy and Doug of Long Beach, New York arrived Sun day at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. James B. Perkins. Cindy and Doug will spend the remainder of the s u m m e r with their grandparents.
Miss Carolyn Brown of Arlington was the weekend guest of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Brown. Mrs. H.L. Smith was a luncheon guest Thursday of Mrs. Brown. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Payne of Arlington spent the weekend with Mrs. Payne’s mother Mrs Catherine Brown. Mrs. Lucy Clater had as her luncheon guest on Wednesday Mrs. Harry L. Smith and or Monday Mrs. Smith was a dinner guest of Mrs. Herbert Leake. Mr. and Mrs. John Eubank, Jr. have returned home after spending several days last week in Atlantic City.
