Dodson. Mr. Offutt sustained chest injuries, but was not hospitalized. The Offutt vehicle was struck head-on by a 1960 Pontiac operated by Emily Cone of Arlington, when the Cone car skidded on wet pavement. Mrs. Cone and Marion Lee, also of Arlington, were seriously hurt but the extent of their injuries were not known, said Trooper Dodson. They were taken to Culpeper Memorial Hospital by Rappahannock and Flint Hill Rescue Squads and transferred to Uni■ versify of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville.
