In recent years the property has been owned by William Woodward, Cornelia Noland, Burns N. Gibson, Jr. and now by Mr. Bradley and his wife Anna Z. Bradley. The sale was negotiated by M. L. Thompson, Realtor, of Viewtown, and it is the third time this place has been sold through, this broker’s office in less than four years. This is the 18th sale of farm or acreage made through this agent since the first of last year. Mr. Bradley is in the savings and loan business and is : active in establishing savings ; and lokn associations Abroad, particularly in undeveloped countries, and mostly in Latin America. He is the son of Mr. F. M. Bradley, a pro minent Washington attorney. Mr. Bradley plans to improve the land, keep cattle on the place and, with his father, do some bird hunting. They may build on it later.
