Tuesday Mrs. Walter and her house guest left to spend several) days at The Plains with Mr. and Mrs. Harry Heflin and family. Sunday Mrs. William Curtis and daughter Susan of Clinton, Md. visited Mrs. Curtis and Mrs. Walter. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer James and family of New London, Conn, spent last week with Mr. and Mrs. Norvel James. Saturday the James family had as their guests Mr. and Mrs. Richard Suter and Mr. and Mrs. John James of Charlottesville and Mr. and Mrs. Julian James of Culpeper. Harold Curtl6 and daughter Karen of Rockville, Md. were visitors Friday of Mrs. Stanish Riley. The Rev, and Mrs. Fletcher Osborne recently attended a homecoming at Shady Grove Church near Richmond and then spent two nights as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Osborne in Newport News. They returned home by way of Fredericksburg where they visited in the home of the Rev. and Mrs. John Hodge and family. Sunday the Osbornes were in Burkeville where they visited Mrs. Hunter Osborne and Mr. and Mrs. Preston Dodson. Recent Sunday guests of Mrs. Charles Moss were Mr. and Mrs, Clyde Harrington of Ale* andria. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Mo8 8 and family of .Falls Church were guests the past week-end of Mrs. Moss. Friday visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Alphins Tavenner of Greenville, Md. and Mrs. Lacy Wilkerson and Mrs. Emma Johnson of Front Royal.
