NOTICE IS HFREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sections 29-125 and 29126 of the Code of Virginia, the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, meeting at Richmond, Virginia, March 19, 1965, ordered the proposed changes in its rules and will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of adopting these proposed rules at Room 100, 7 North Second Street, Richmond, Virginia, 9:30 a m. May 7, 1965.
Amend Regulation 28 to prohibit all trapping on or within 25 feet of a beaver lodge or beaver dam and no beaver pelts may be sold until sealed by an agent of the Commission.
