He received his Bacb elor of Science degree in Business with a major in Public Administration on June 13.
For the past year, Company rl, commanded by Marvin R. Bradford, III received the Beverly S. Parrish, Jr. Memorial Award for attaining . the highest corrected score in corps competition.
While at college, he was elected to Phi Beta Lambda; National Society of Scabbard and Blade; Alpha Kappa Psi and The Association of the .United States Army. | At present he is a manager f trainee at Woodward & Lothrop in Washington, D. C.
Ruritan Club Gives
Scholastic Awards
The Araissville Ruritan Club .makes an award each year to the graduate with the highest scholastic average in the local high school and in Washington and Sperryville Elementary Schools. The award is $10 for the high school and $5 each for the other schools. Virginia Yates Bradford, valedictorian of the 65 class of Rappahannock County High School, received the award this year. In the elementary schools there was a tie for highest average so the prize was divided. Amy Palmer and Jane Kilby received the gift at Sperryville and Wade W. Massie and Floyd Grigsby were !the recipients at Washington.
