Game Commission
Plans Meeting
The Virginia Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries is scheduled to meet in Virginia B^ach June 19 at the Americana Inn. The meeting will beglVi at 9:30 a.m., at which time individuals and groups having matters for Commission consideration will be given an opportunity to speak. The main item of business will be apprpval of the budget for the 1966-68 biennium. The Commission will also take filial action on a proposal to prohibit the hunting of deer with dogs in Fairfax County, and a proposal to close recent ly stocked J. W. Flanagan Re servoir in Dickenson County to fishing.

No regulatory marker or other waterway marker affecting the safety, health or well-being of a boat operator, excepting those placed by an agency of the United States, shall be placed in, on or near the water unless authorized by the Commission and such authorized markers shall be designed, placed and maintained according to rules prescribed by the Commission.
The foregoing REGULATIONS, as amended, shall become effective July 1, 1965.
