The commencement address was delivered by psychologist Dr. Virginia L. Senders of the New England Board of Higher Education, well-known for her work in women’s education. The Very Reverend C. Julian Bartlett, Dean of Grace Cathedral in San Franciso and father of a Pine Manor senior gave the baccalaureate address.
While at Pine Manor, Mildred was a member of the Riding Club, and Secretary Treasurer and Social Chairman of her residence house during her senior year.
