The rear of the Moore vehicle struck the tailgate of the truck and the front of the car struck an approaching car, a 64 Oldsmobile hardtop, causing the Olds to spin around in the road, coming to rest in the opposite direction. This vehicle was owned by Margaret ►5. Payne and driven by Stewart c. Payne, Front Royal. There were no injuries and damage was estimated at $100 to the pickup; $400 to the Chrysler; the Olds was a total loss $2250, said Trooper Willis. Frye was charged with driving on a revoked license and defective lights; Moore was charged with failing to keep his vehicle under control; and Dahlgren was charged with allowing an unlicensed person to operate a motor vehicle.
