In the 1965 county convention, one county committee member will be elected for a 1-year term, one member for a 2-year term, and the third member for a 3-year term. Thereafter, one member of each county committee will be elected for a term of 3 years. Each year, including 1965, the convention will also elect a first and second alternate committeeman, each for a 1-year term. After the committee members are elected, the delegates vote again to determine which of the regular members are to serve as the chairman and vice-chairman. The convention will redetermine these {positions annually.
