Children are more likely to do well in studies and games if they eat a good breakfast. Back your children up with a good breakfast every day and you’ll not only be starting them off right in the morning, but you’ll be helping them develop a habit valuable to them all their lives. Good breakfasts don’t just happen, of course. But if breakfast is a problem at your house, don't give up. . try to solve it. Careful plan ning will help. If the family eats at different times, or if a child must be left to eat breakfast alone, keep ready-to-eat foods on hand or foods that take little preparation. Stock plenty of fruit, luices, and ready-to-eat cereals. Hard cooked eggs and fix bacon early to leave for late comers. If Mother works, every morn ing minute counts. Mix frozen Juice or squeeze fresh juice the night before. Chill canned Juice overnight. Buy precooked sausage or ham., it takes only a few minutes to heat these through for serving.
