Mrs. W. B. Luttrell was taken to Culpeper Memorial Hospital Thursday and remains a patient there. She is visited daily by her family Mrs. Walter Barron of Washington, D. C., Mrs. Bryant Rudacille of Front Royal and Miss Virginia Luttrell at home. William Duncan of Stanley was a dinner guest Monday of L. H. Luttrell and family and their house guests Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Luttrell of San Diego, Calif. Dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Poling were his parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. A. Poling of Alexandria and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Spangler and daughter Nancy of Baltimore, Md. Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Hunt were Saturday visitors of the Polings. Paul St. Clair is a patient in Fairfax Hospital with injuries sustained in a recent traffic accident near Warrenton.
Mrs. C.M. M. Green who has been spending some time in McLean and James Edwin Green of Washington, D. C. spent the weekend at their home here. Miss Landra Dennis, a student at R. P. I., Richmond visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Dennis, during the weekend. Saturday Landra attended the S. M. A. - A. M. A. football game at Staunton accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Paul West and Mr. and Mrs. William West of Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Todd of Fairfax were evening visitors Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Doyle. Wendell Latham of Lady Smith spent the weekend with' his grandmother, Mrs. A. C. Latham. The Rev. and Mrs. Harold Carder and daughters of Fredericksburg were Saturday guests of Mrs. Carder’s mother, Mrs. Latham and also visited Mr. and Mrs. William L. Payne. Mrs. Sarah Latham was a guest Saturday afternoon of her mother, Mrs. C. C. Cockerill in Herndon. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Priest and children and Mr. and Mrs. J. B.
