The object of this suit is to partition the lands that Frank Allaburry died seized and possessed of in one of the modes prescribed by law, and the parties to this cause have certain interests in said lands located in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia. The said lands consist of 329 acres in aggregate, more or less, about 2 miles east of Flint Hill, Virginia, on state secondary route No. 729.

An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names as listed below: Gladys Allsburry Alexander, 717 N.

18th Street, Harrisburg, Penn. Alda A. Allsburry, a-k-a Ausberry,

717 N. 18th St., Harrisburg, Penn. James F. Allsburry, a-k-a Ausberry,

717 N. 18th St., Harrisburg, Penn. Michael D. Allsburry, a-k-a Ausberry,

9292 Monterey, Detroit, Mich.

It is ordered that the said nonresident defendants do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of this Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the kaid Defendants at the post office addresses given in this affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
