the educational level of Virginia's teachers which was released by the Virginia Education Association this month shows Rappahannock as second from the bottom of all school divisions in Virginia in its percentage of teachers holding college degrees and at the bottom of the list of divisions showing the least progress in the increase of degree teachfa

What do we propose to do about this? Nothing? Shall we just wait until the FedehaJ Government moves in and corrects this too and continue to complain about the encroachment of the Federal Government upon our rights?
