Winchester - Miss Elizabeth Jane Henderson, 20, daughter of Admiral Sir Nigel Henderson, and Lady Henderson, of Winchester, England, will be Queen of the 39th Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival here on April 28-29-30. Mrs. Victor F. Albright, who heads the Festival’s Department of the Queen and Her Court, made the announcement. Miss Henderson’s father and mother are now in Washington, D.
