Army PFC Charles W. Jenkins son of Mr. and Mrs. Ennis S. Jenkins.., Sperryville, was assigned Mardfi 17 to the 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobild Vietnam. Jenkins, assigned as a military policeman in Headquarters Company of the division, entered the Army in May 1965. He completed basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C., and was last stationed at Dyess Air Force Base, Abilene, Tex. The 22 year old soldier is a 1962 graduate of Rappahannock County High School, Wash ington.
