The Rappahannock, Orange, Madison and Culpeper County Rural Letter Carriers Association held its annual dinner meeting Saturday evening at Hampton Inn near Washington with approximately 25 members and ladies of the auxiliary present. Officers for the group were all re-elected as follows; President, C. R. Yate6; Vice President, C. B. Palmer;Sec. Treas., Charlie Compton. Delegates chosen to attend the state convention in July
