Miss Annie Miller Almond Bpent from Tuesday until Friday in Herndon where she was the guest of Miss Evelyn Nor - ment and other friends in the community where she taught for many years. Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones were business visitors Monday in Richmond. Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr. left Wednesday by plane for a ten day visit wuh her sonin-law and daughter the Rev. and Mrs. Park Dickerson and their infant daughter Lynn Price at Johnson, Vermont. Mr. and Mrs. George J. Bentley of Washington, D. C. spent several days this week at their home Ash Tree Farm. John M. Caskie arrived Tuesday of last week from Richmond to visit Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Miller at Mt. Prospect Mr. and Mrs. James R. Bryant of Richmond were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell at Twinland. Mr. Bryant conducted the morning service at Washington Baptist Church. Mrs. Warren FrankofLuray was an over-night guest Sunday of Miss Kate Walker. She accompanied her daughter Lt. Col. Leta Mildred Frank back to Luray on Monday. Col. Frank will leave soon for service in Hawaii and Mrs. Frank will join her there. Miss Carolyn Gates Turner of Richmond spent the weekend at her home on Mt. Salem
