Fort Lee, Va., May21--Rep. John O. Marsh, Jr., said here tonight that, “the uncertainties of world tension, which point up the possibilities of future military commitments in our national defense, dictate an expansion of the concept of flexibility in our military forces.* “Because we cannot match, man for man, the massive forces of possible adversaries, it is important that we utilize to the maximum what we have learned within the concept of using helicopters for delivery of troops and related equipment,* Marsh said.
