Lonvict Escapes

A 19-year-old convict escaped from a road gang working near Slate Mills Tuesday afternoon and at press time Wednesday had not been apprehended. Lonnie Wright Blick of Richmond, who is serving a twoyear term at Camp 11, Culpeper, for grand larceny, escaped when the crew was working on Route 604. Blick began serving his term April 1, 1966. A ‘general alarm has been broadcast concerning his escape.
