The opening of Rappahannocl County schools is schedulec for Monday, August 29 witl dismissal on this first day ai 2 p.m. However, for teachert the bell rings earlier with i principal's meeting set foi August 22 at the E, Wilsor Morrison School, Front Roy a all teachers reporting to theii respective schools on the 23r< for a work session; and a'division wide teachers conference scheduled the 25th at the E. Wilson Morrison School also. After the first day of school regular hours will be resumec School buses will run on th« same schedules as the past year although some routet have been altered and tinru may vary slightly. Some nev faculty members have beer added to the staff in several schools, while in others there have been no changes. Follow ing is a list of teachers for the county. Rappahannock County Higt School will welcome a new Principal, Mr. Dennis Wingfield. Other new faculty merr bers at this school are Mrs, Helen Kilby, who will teacl music; Miss Edith Younger instructing classes in chemie try, English and government; Mr. Richard Neff heading the business education department; Mr. Grover Cordell teaching English and work geography; Mr. James Adkins, mathematics instuctor, Returning to their positions at RCHS are Mr. Raymonc Ballard, Science and genera] business; Mr. Francis Boze in the Vo-Ag department; Mrs Kay Browning presiding over study hall; Mrs. Fisher Burford, mathematics; Mrs. Cjirlstine Johnston with after noon calsses in art, and Mr. David Layman as physical education insHTlcHtfr ^ — Also Mrs. Louise jf>.
