Vows Exchanged
Miss Nancy Jane Weakley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Weakley of Sperryville became the bride of William Tamplin Wayland Saturday, July 30, 1966. Mr. Wayland is the son of Mrs. Frank Wayland of Glenolden, Pa. and the late John H. Wayland of Sperryville. The marriage took place at Walnut Lodge near Sperryville and the Rev. William A. Harrison performed the double ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a street length dress of white lace. Her short veil was attached to a bandeau of satin and she carried a bouquet of white carnations and stephanotis.
Mrs. J. B. Perkins of Sperryville was matron of honor and Mr. Paul Aber of Sharon, Pa., uncle of the bridegroom was best man. A reception was heldfollowing the ceremony with about sixty relatives and friends attending.
Jenkins Reunion
A reunion of the descendants of the late Alfred and Catherine Jenkins of Rappahannock County will be held Sunday, August 14 at T-fcie Skyline Caverns, U. nea rjUimi Royal, VaJJpEBgB All members and f riends are urged to come and bring lunch which will be served at 12:30 p.m. In case of rain there will be shelter.
