The object of this suit is to talc: *11 proper inquiries to determine whether or not it was the intention of John M. Watson and Mildred K. Watson that the 93.4 acres conveyed to them by John L. Jeffries, Jr., Special Commissioner, on June 8. 1944, was to be conveyed to them as joint tenants under survivorship as evidenced by the said John M. Watson joining in the said deed; and to remove the cloud from the title to the said land.

And affidavit having been made and filed that John Raymond Wallace, James William Watson, Evelyn V. May, Frances M. Peters and Betty W. Campbell are not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the said non-resident defendants, namely: John Raymond Wallace, James William Watson, Evelyn V. May. Frances M. Peters and Betty W. Campbell, do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is .necessary to protect their interests. ,v„ It la further ordered that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four succossive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published at Washington. Virginia and having circulation in the County of Rappihannock. State of Virginia.
