Formerly known as Leeway Farm, located on U. S. 211 & 522 between Washington, Virginia and Sperryville, “Blue Rock Farm” has been purchased by Blue Rock Farm [nc., of which Ian T. Pryde is President and his wife, Margaret S. Pryde, is Secretary. Mrs. Pryde’s sister, Mrs. Mollie S. van Brederode, is vice-president. ThePrydes are from Mahwah, New Jersey and plan to take possession af the property at the end of this month. The sale was handled by Edward A. Harris & Associates of Huntly in coopera:ion with two other brokers, M. L. Thompson of Viewtown and the Miller Real Estate Company of Manassas andArl ington. In the purchase of the Bedford farm, the cooperating brokers were Edward A. Jarris & Associates and Subarban Real Estate Co. of Bedord.
