Camp For The Blind
The first camp in Virginia for blind children is scheduled to open this summer at Montebello and is sponsored by the Christian Record Braille Foundation. To finance the camp, known as Blue Ridge Youth Camp, the foundation is asking for contributions of S&H Green Stamps. It requires 25 books of stamps to keep a child in camp for one week. Boxes for the collection of stamps may be found in many business establishments in Culpeper, and in Rappahannock one has been placed at Atkins Arco Service Station operated by Mrs. J. Bradley Atkins just east of Sperryville.
