H.A. Wharton
A funeral service for Hilton A. Wharton, 61, of Castleton was held Tuesday at Geest Funeral Home chapel, Culpeper, with interment in the Washington Masonic Cemetery. He was found dead Sunday after being missing for several weeks.
He was the son of the late Henry Albert and Julia Catherine Hitt Wharton of v Rappahannock, and was never married. He was a farm employe.
Surviving are five sisters, Mrs. Addie Keyser of Washington, Va., Mrs. Mattie Butler and Mrs. Olive Dodson of Culpeper, Mrs. Neva Alther of Castelton and Mrs. Minnie Fincham of Orange; five brothers, Earl of Winchester, Moffett of Castleton, Browning of Elk wood, Raymond and Melvin Wharton, both of Culpeper. □
